These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Self-Healer Source LLC, doing business as Linda Villines ("Linda Villines," "we," "us"). They apply to every course, workshop, masterclass, and membership offered at source.lindavillines.com.
Linda Villines courses and memberships are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care or healthcare. It is your responsibility to determine whether professional medical care or healthcare is needed for you, and to determine and monitor your own engagement and limits while using the content, website, and services. By purchasing any course, workshop, or membership, you expressly waive and release Self-Healer Source LLC from any claim you may have at any time for any injury of any kind.
Always consult your physician or other healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition or treatment, and before starting a new healthcare regimen. All information, including text, graphics, images, audio, video, and other material, is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not professional medical advice.
The materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or likely results of using these materials, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
By enrolling in or purchasing any workshop, course, masterclass, or membership, free or paid, you agree to these Terms of Use and to all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to you. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or access this site.
When you purchase a workshop, course, or membership, you agree to pay its full price, whether in one payment or through a payment plan.
Courses and workshops. All sales are final. Refunds and cancellations are not permitted. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete every scheduled payment. Courses and workshops include lifetime access for as long as the course is offered.
The Source Membership. The monthly, annual, and lifetime memberships may be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. To request one, email info@lindavillines.com within 7 days of purchase. No other refunds are permitted for any reason. After 7 days, you are committed to the full membership term.
The monthly membership is billed every 30 days for 12 months. The annual membership is billed once. Monthly and annual memberships do not auto-renew: after 12 months, access ends automatically, with no action needed from you. The lifetime membership is paid once and includes access for as long as The Source Membership is offered. If a monthly payment fails and your payment method is not updated, your membership may be canceled.
All content, including text, photographs, graphics, videos, and audio, is protected by the copyright and trademark laws of the United States and other countries. Self-Healer Source LLC and its licensors hold all rights to it. The trademarks, logos, site design, and technology used to provide the content and services are owned by or licensed to Self-Healer Source LLC.
The content is for your personal use only. You may not: (a) copy, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works from, or transmit any content; (b) use the content or services for commercial purposes; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or disassemble the technology behind the service, unless applicable law prohibits this restriction; (d) interfere with or damage the content, service, website, or underlying technology; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the content, service, or website; (g) collect information about other users; (h) violate the intellectual property or other rights of third parties, or social media platform terms; (i) violate any law, rule, or regulation; or (j) interfere with anyone else's use or enjoyment of the content, service, or website.

We may cancel or refuse any discount code at any time without notice.
Sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added at checkout where required by law, based on your location.
Self-Healer Source LLC is not liable for any damages, including loss of data or profit or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the materials, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties or on liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limits may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Self-Healer Source LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the site.
Materials may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete, or current, and we may change them at any time without notice.
We have not reviewed every website linked from this site and are not responsible for their content. A link does not mean we endorse the site. You visit linked sites at your own risk.
